This program will address the pharmacist’s role in counseling patients about switching options and the importance of reviewing polypharmacy for patients with comorbid conditions.
This activity is intended for clinical and community pharmacists involved in the care of patients with HIV infection.
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Discuss potential treatment regimens for patients on ART who are interested in switching based on drug tolerability
