Goal Statement  The goal of this educational activity is to inform and educate oncology, managed care and specialty pharmacists about the management of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with immunotherapies, recent clinical data regarding immunotherapy combination therapies for HCC, along with pharmacist driven strategies to effectively manage patients on these agents to optimize outcomes.

Educational Objectives  Upon completion of this program, participants should be better able to:

Discuss the rationale for use and place in therapy of approved immunotherapies in advanced HCC

2.

Appraise the emerging data for immunotherapy combination regimens in the treatment of advanced HCC

3.

Demonstrate pharmacist-driven strategies to recognize and effectively prevent or manage immune-mediated toxicities
