A 28-year-old Caucasian female presents with the chief complaint of a depressed mood. She reports several episodes that started when she finished high school. She presents with depressed mood of sudden onset, difficulty with sleeping, fatigue and loss of energy, poor concentration, decreased appetite, and psychomotor agitation.
